Point In Time
Digital Point in Time Tools
Digital Point in Time Tools make it easier for CoCs to collect and use data for the Point in Time Count. Digital Point in Time reduces the time to delete duplicates and report on your data. It also provides a snapshot where unsheltered homeless individuals are located for outreach. Identifying indivduals to quickly engage them into services will reduce the length of time individuals and families are homeless in your community.
