COVID-19 Protocols

The health and safety of our conference participants is our main priority. We expect all conference participants, exhibitors, and speakers to consider the health and well-being of fellow participants.  Practice good judgment, follow CDC guidelines, and comply with hotel guidelines when attending the 2022 Florida Coalition to End Homelessness Annual Conference: Building Solutions and Equity for All

Masks

Florida Coalition to End Homelessness will provide social distancing as much as possible at the FCEH Annual Conference.  The CDC recommends that everyone in Orange County, Florida should wear a mask in public, indoor settings. Mask recommendations may change over time.  For up to date CDC guidance, please visit: https://covid.cdc.gov/covid-data-tracker

Conference Space and Hotel

Florida Coalition to End Homelessness has partnered with DoubleTree SeaWorld Orlando to provide a conference space that is large enough for social distancing,  offers an exclusive area for the FCEH Conference, and provides outside networking opportunities.

DoubleTree Seaworld by Hilton’s  CleanStay program builds on their already rigorous cleaning standards to provide complete peace of mind when you stay at their hotel. For more information about Hilton’s Cleanstay program and available options to keep you even safer, please visit:  https://www.hilton.com/en/corporate/cleanstay/

If you have additional concerns or questions, please contact Leeanne Sacino, Executive Director info@fchonline.org  or (321) 258-1849.
