Florida Coaliton to End Homelessness supports the work of the local Continuum of Care Lead Agency and their member agencies. Each Continuum of Care has a coordinated entry system to assess and prioritize individuals experiencing homelessness by acuity. Diversion and prevention services are also provided through the coordinated entry system. We welcome you to learn more by finding your local CoC provider below.
