2021 Continuum of Care Competition Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO)

The Continuum of Care (CoC) Program is designed to promote communitywide commitment to the goal of ending homelessness.  The CoC Program provides funding for efforts by nonprofit providers and State and local governments to quickly rehouse homeless individuals and families.

The CoC Program funds the following project component types:

  • Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH)
  • Rapid Rehousing (RRH)
  • Joint Transitional Housing /Rapid Rehousing (TH-RRH)
  • Homeless Management Information System (HMIS)
  • Supportive Services for Coordinated Entry.
  • Administrative activities are also eligible.

Continuums of Care

Florida Continuums of Care are eligible applicants for all State and Federal homeless funding opportunities.  Each Continuum of Care will provide an opportunity announcement and a timeline for funding available in their CoC.  This page provides an overview and additional resources for individuals seeking to apply under the HUD Continuum of Care Program or the State Homeless Unified Homeless Funding Contract.
