Executive Committee

The committee shall be comprised of the President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer. The committee will be chaired by the President. It will have full authority to act on behalf of FCH in managing the affairs of the Organization during the intervals between Board meetings. The committee will also serve as the finance committee responsible for all financial actions and transactions under the direction of the Treasurer.
